Aspen Heights to Feature Over 2,000 Lineal Feet of Sterling Dula Brand Architectural Railing

ERIE, Pennsylvania – December 12, 2014 – Kane Innovations announced today their involvement in a 22-story housing project in Austin, Texas. Developer Aspen Heights joined forces with Rhode Partners architects and J.E. Dunn Construction earlier this year to design the 196-unit, high-rise, multifamily facility which will include 2,700 lineal feet of Kane Innovations’ Sterling Dula brand railing.  The property, located at West Eighth and Nueces streets, will hold the same name as its development company.

Sterling Dula’s custom, horizontal, aluminum picket railing was recently selected by design and development teams to adorn Aspen Heights’ 128 balconies, seventh floor terrace and tenth floor amenities area. A yet-to-be-determined standard powdercoat paint color will be used to finish the architectural railing design.

Aspen Heights is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
