ERIE,  Pennsylvania - June 10, 2016 -  Kane Innovations' general contracting partner, JE Dunn, has selected Sterling Dula to provide 2,612 feet of railing and 106 feet of custom glass dividers on Two Light Tower, a new residential construction project in Kansas City, Missouri.  The planning and construction of the Two Light property was accelerated due to the high demand for apartments at sister property One Light Tower.  Both towers are situated in the popular Power and Light District, the premier living, shopping, dining and entertainment neighborhood in downtown Kansas City.

Two Light Tower will include 300 luxury residential units on 18 floors atop six stories of retail and office space.  Sterling Dula will also be providing over 4,300 square feet of aluminum grilles for the six-story, 499-space garage, which will also include public parking.

In a recent article published in the Kansas City Business Journal, Nick Benjamin, executive director of  Two Light's development company, The Cordish Co., said in a statement that Kansas City is reaching new levels in terms of economic activity and development and that One Light is a significant step for the Power and Light Development, as well as the city itself.
