WHEN STERLING DULA HITS A WALL, THEY KEEP ON GOING.
When the team at Sterling Dula was asked to create balcony railings for Skybridge, a luxury high-rise condominium, they were presented with a unique challenge. Between two balconies, sat an inconveniently placed parapet wall that needed to be incorporated into the railing design.
Sterling Dula’s team of engineers made the necessary adjustments to create a smooth, continuous, top rail line from one side to another, atop the wall. The architects were pleased with the end result, as were Emporis’ senior editors. In 2003, they awarded Skybridge the Emporis Bronze Skyscraper Award for best new skyscraper for design and functionality.
